Nope! RECHA is not registered as a charity as a charity status limits the scope of work we can do. However, we follow many of the same rules as charities. All funds, except operational costs, are locked in and can only be reinvested. We are 100% transparent in our operations, and depending on how you choose, either 90% or 100% of funds donated go to the chosen cause.
RECHA is a Doing Good platform that allows individuals, groups, and organizations to raise funds for personal causes, community projects, and charitable initiatives. Our platform connects fundraisers with a supportive community of donors to help make a difference.
We give you the power to change a life. Not only do you have the option on joining others in a pooled donation fund, you can also select a project to fund for yourself no matter what your budget. You will get regular photo and video updates so you can see the true impact of what your donation has create.
Anyone can start a campaign on RECHA, whether you’re raising money for personal needs, a friend, a nonprofit organization, or a community project. We welcome individuals, groups, and organizations.
Once your RECHA starts receiving online donations, you can easily request a withdrawal at any time. Withdrawing money does not affect the progress meter displayed on your fundraiser. Simply click ‘Withdraw’ while logged in to your account and follow the instructions. You can withdraw your balance directly to your bank account. Bank transfers take 2-5 business days to arrive.
